Full frame digital cameras?

Most non-professional photographers use Advance Photo System type C (APS-C) cameras. APS-C cameras provide a cheaper but good qualitive alternative to the considerably more expensive full frame DSLR cameras used by professionals. Full frame DSLR cameras provide some benefits however their cost is considerably higher. The question is whether this larger investment investment is worthwhile.
