Travolta's most iconic dance scene: Saturday Night Fever, Grease or Pulp Fiction?
John Travolta is an American actor with a large and varied filmography. He has participated in action movies, dramas, comedies and musicals. Some of his most outstanding contributions to the history of cinema are arguably his dance scenes. In particular, Travolta's dances in Saturday Night Fever (1977), Grease (1978), and Pulp Fiction (1994), have become legendary.

I don't find those dances so ridiculous. That is just the way people wanted to dance at a different time in history. I wish i could do them. Also in particular in Greese, these are not "pretentious" dances, they are part of a comedy.
Travolta's dances in Grease and Saturday Night Fever are iconics and part of the History of cinema. But, to be honest, these dances are also pretty ridiculous. That is why I particulary like Travolta's self-mockery in Pulp Fiction, where his dance is like a parody of his own legendary performances.
