What a better place to walk your dog than a beach? Well, many people don't like you to do it. Should dogs be allowed on the beach?

Dogs love beaches and dog owners love walking their dogs in the beach. However not everyone is so keen on seeing dogs on the beach. In particular in summer time when beaches are crowded, many people complain about dogs running around or about dogs' excrements. In many places local authorities have issued regulation to ban dogs from beaches.

Antoine if you think dogs should be banned because they can scar little kids, should´t we ban wardrobe in little kids bedrooms? I think you can not educated a child on fear and protecting them against silly fears only make things worse.

For me it's logical that most beaches are not allowed to dogs, specially in summer. Dogs can be scary for little kids, other people are allergic, and as Santi said you can have unpleasant surprises. But I also think that dogs should be authorized off season, and that their should be more beaches where they are allowed in summer (because now it's almost impossible for a dog owner to find a place).
