Video games: digital vs physical copies?

Online distribution is changing the structure of the video game industry. An increasing number of users purchase their PC and console videogames in shops such as Steam, Nintendo eShop, PlayStation Store and Xbox Games Store, These shops often offer cheaper prices and convenient solution for those who do not want to go to the shop. Sometimes they also offer cross-buy option where you can download the same game in different platforms. Online purchases have also caveats. Digital copies can rarely been shared or borrowed, they consume large amount of space ih the hard disks of the computers and consoles, and often dowloading games take hours.
